Refund and Return Policy

Returns

  • All returns must be in brand-new, unused condition and shipped back in the original packaging so the item can be resold as “new.” Items that have been assembled or used are not eligible for return.

  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and arrangements unless otherwise specified.

  • All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

  • Custom or special-order items are final sale and cannot be returned.

  • Other restrictions may apply.

If your return is approved, we’ll notify you whether you should arrange shipping or if we will provide a prepaid return label (emailed within 5 business days). If we provide a label, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund once the item is received back at our warehouse. We recommend using a trackable service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your return.

Damages

Please inspect all items at delivery. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

  1. Note any damage or shortage on the delivery bill (Bill of Lading).

  2. Take clear photos of all sides of the damaged box/item.

  3. Refuse delivery if damage is severe.

If damage is not noted on the Bill of Lading, it confirms the goods were received in good condition, and the shipping company is released from liability.

For damaged deliveries, please send photos and details to support@luxegamelab.com so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refund timelines depend on your card issuer or bank.

Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase at no cost.

  • After 48 hours, all cancellations are subject to a $20 administration fee, even if the item has not shipped.

  • If your order has already shipped, you may refuse delivery or start a return once it arrives. In this case, return shipping and restocking fees will apply per our Return Policy.
